Which program is right for me?+
Use the finder above, or tell me your goal and I will point you to the fit. New to training or often on the move, start with the 4-Week guide. You have dumbbells and want structure, the 8-Week. Training in a gym and ready to go all in, the 12-Week.
What is the difference between the guides and the app?+
The guides are one-time purchases with set workouts, form photos, and video demos, yours to keep and repeat. The app is for fully customized programming, direct messaging with me, and progress tracking as we train together.
How do I get my guide after I buy?+
You will get an order confirmation, then a second email with your download link within about five minutes. Save it to your device so you can come back to it anytime.
