Every workout and exercise includes clear video demonstrations with detailed instructions on how to perform each move with proper form. Easily accessible and viewable during the workout, the videos will also include cues or tips for exercises. Maybe you'll notice a special guest in some of the videos!

FULLY CUSTOMIZED
TRAINING PROGRAM

Every week of workouts are specifically tailored to you and your fitness level, specific goals, and the variety of weights you have for dumbbells. Focus on your personal growth and making adjustments to your program as needed. You'll have access to adjust your weekly training schedule and switch workouts around as needed.

WEEKLY PROGRESS
CHECK-IN

Each week we'll review and go over the previous week of training, discuss your progress, make any specific changes or necessary modifications, and address any questions or concerns you may have throughout the program. We can find a day or time that works best for your schedule or availability. Biweekly check-ins are also an option for my busy ladies!

24/7 CLIENT
SUPPORT

Full time chat support with myself and other women doing the program with you. You'll have access to contact me anytime you need assistance during the program and chat with the other ladies when you need the support! Direct communication with me, I'm available to help you in any areas throughout your training. A safe space and community to give you more motivation.
